Gift card

RegioGift is the gift card issued by the Teatro Regio di Parma, which allows you to purchase credit that can be spent on tickets and/or season tickets for events in the Opera Season, ParmaDanza, and RegioYoung, as well as on items for sale in the Bookshop.

RegioGift is available at the Box Office and online. You can choose any amount up to a maximum of € 1000, and the card is valid for 18 months from the date of issue.

The credit can be redeemed for tickets at the Box Office or via the online sales channel by entering the gift card ID code in the “Use an E-gift card” box on the order completion page.

The amount can be used for one or more purchases until the balance is exhausted. The E-gift Card cannot be topped up, refunded, exchanged or used to purchase another gift card. If the total purchase amount exceeds the value of the Regio Gift Card, the difference must be paid using other accepted payment methods.

Any remaining credit may be spent at a later date before the expiry date. The gift card does not grant access to venues but must be converted into one or more standard admission tickets.
