The aim of the Teatro Regio di Parma is to integrate sustainable practices with a responsible and innovative approach across all the theatre\u2019s activities: from artistic production to the building\u2019s energy consumption, from waste management to transport, as well as accessibility and social inclusion. The Theatre recognises the fundamental role of its staff as the primary beneficiaries of change and ambassadors of a new work culture based on sustainability and well-being.
