Info and tickets

TIcket sales (€20,00 and under 30 €10,00) will start on June 19 at Teatro Regio di Parma ticket office, from June 20 on the website teatroregioparma.it, every concert night at Parco della Musica from 8.30 pm.

We inform the audience that every single ticket will be printed as nominal and personal (multiple tickets cannot be printed under the name of a same person) due to the current governmental safety normative established during the pandemic. Tickets can be sold to third parties by communicating the change of name to the ticket office, only then the access will be guaranteed to the new holder.

At the moment of the purchase, the person must also provide a reachable phone number or email address. Such personal data will remain available to Teatro Regio for 14 days.

The staff at the entrance will check the correspondence between name and ticket owner, so we advise to arrive at the theatre early and with a valid identity document.

The only access to Parco della Musica will be from Viale Barilla, close to the Ticket Office.

In case of bad weather:

– Theatre might postpone the show start;

– if the show be cancelled within 30 minutes from its start, the public is entitled to participate to another replica in a date that will possibly be announced by the Theatre, or to benefit from a discount of the same amount of the ticket (that must be conserved) for another show, among those that will be programmed by the Teatro Regio di Parma within December 31 2020;

– In case of cancellation after 30 minutes of the start, the public is no longer entitled to any refund.
