FALSTAFF AI TEMPI DEL CORONAVIRUS
The Istituto Comprensivo Parma Centro presents a film on the opera of Giuseppe Verdi shot, for the first time ever, in video-conference by the students of class 4B from the elementary school “Ulisse Adorni”.
The idea of representing Falstaff on screen was conceived by Massimo Tannoia in class. The project is included into the wider project Vieni, ti racconto un’opera, realized thanks to the director of the Centro per le attività e le professioni dell’arte e dello spettacolo Sara Martin. Massimo was helped by teacher Manuela and the enthusiastic classmates of class 4B, and together they adapted the project to the distance-teaching programme. This is how Falstaff ai tempi del Coronavirus was born, a film on the operatic work of Giuseppe Verdi interpreted for the first time through the platform Google Meet. The project obtained the sponsorship by the City of Parma in collaboration with the Cultural department, the Teatro Regio di Parma, the Istituto comprensivo Parma Centro and the university of Parma UNIPR/CAPAS and Unitel Classica.

Verdi Off in Safety
This special edition of Verdi Off has been conceived and realized in accordance with the safety and health normative for both audience and artists. At the entrance of every venue all participants will find sanitizing gel distributors, and they will be checked with a thermoscanner to monitor their body temperature. The audience is required to bring a mask, to avoid crowding and to respect the one-metre social distancing. The mask needs to be worn by covering both mouth and nose during access, exit and the whole duration of the performance. Before leaving the seats, we invite you to wait for the signal of our staff and their directions in order to avoid unwanted crowding. Reservations are necessary only when requested by following the instructions related to the single events. In order to reserve a seat, it is necessary to provide a telephone number or email address, which will remain stored for 14 days. Reservations are to be made under a single name (it is not allowed to reserve more seats under a unique name) and any nominal change has to be communicated to the ticket office in order to be valid. As the staff will be checking the correspondence between tickets headers and holders at the entrance of every show, please provide a valid identification document in a timely fashion.
