Subscriptions to the Concert Season and the tickets already purchased are valid for the new date. Those who want to request the reimbursement of the ticket may request it at the Teatro Regio Ticket Office presenting the ticket in original or the receipt of online purchase sending to biglietteria@teatroregioparma.it an email with attached a scan or a photo of the ticket in which they are legible the data of the ticket purchased; the ticket must therefore be sent as soon as possible by post to the Theater ticket office (Strada Giuseppe Garibaldi 16A 43121 Parma).
