Tutto nel mondo è burla
A playful game of love aimed to steal a chocolate heart of two merry wives. But standing between Falstaff’s plan and the chocolate hearts are sacked servants, gluttonous lovers, and jealous husbands. At the end the big trick, a payback with a dark and bitter taste. The poetic fascination of a classic by William Shakespeare set to music by Giuseppe Verdi, gains a universal appeal in this version created for the little ones in the style of clownery and theatre.
