Korean bass Dongho Kim studied at the Korea National University of Arts , then he moved to Berlin where he attended the Hochschule für Musik “Hanns Eisler”, after that he specialized at the Accademia del Teatro alla Scala in Milan. He is a multiple award winner and he is active also on the concert side. He recently gained great success in the italian première of Gomes’ Lo Schiavo, new production at the Teatro Lirico in Cagliari. Plans include Tosca (Angelotti) in Las Palmas de Gran Canaria, Arca’s Pinocchio (Mangiafuoco) at the Petruzzelli in Bari; Carmen (Escamillo) at the Teatro Verdi in Trieste.
