Born in Naple in 1974, Francesco Marsiglia got his degree in opera singing with the best marks at the Conservatory in Salerno with Giuliana Valente and at the Orazio Vecchi Institute in Modena, attending also several masterclasses. He won many singing competitions, in particular the 58° edition of the “A. Belli – Comunità Europea 2004” at the Lirico Sperimentale Theater in Spoleto. Among his recent engagements: Ferrando in “Così fan tutte” at the Regio Theater in Turin, Cosroe in “Siroe re di Persia” at the San Carlo Theater in Naples, and Pang in “Turandot” at the Massimo Theater in Palermo and the Comunale Theater in Bologna.
